All orders are shipped with DHL from Germany with an expected delivery time between 2 - 14 days depending on your choice of shipping method.

Orders received within business hours - Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 16:00 will be shipped within one to two business days. 

Please note, in case of non-EU orders, it cannot be excluded that your country may charge costs or taxes unknown to Kintana GmbH, such as (import) duties or handling fees for payment. These are not costs that are paid or invoiced by Kintana GmbH.
